It was easy to go through the process from application to closing
In order for the refinance process to continue, we had to continually follow up. Our initial closing disclosure was not accurate. We were told things that weren’t true. Our communication among Kami was about the only thing that was fine.
The process was relatively painless. Refinancing online itself can be a little daunting since it's such large financial decision but knowing you're getting a good rate and saving hundreds of dollars a month makes it completely worth it.
