Everyone was very helpful with the entire process.
I was tossed between so more different employees. Many of whom had no idea what they were doing. Documents requested weren’t even necessary for my type of loan. It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone let alone get responses. One employee, Teresa, was great! The rest were nice but clueless and not helpful.
It seemed as if the numbers changed every time I spoke with my first loan processor. I had expectations of receiving a certain amount back and he made it seemed like it was a done deal. But afterwards the amount was extremely lower than what was discussed. Just feel as if you shouldn't get someone's hopes up and you're not 100% sure of the final number. Getting that amount back was the main reason why I wanted to do the finance. So not getting it back I am not completely satisfied.
Everything went very smoothly with our loan, and closed soon then I expected. Great service.
I had a good experience with your company. The only thing I was frustrated with was the communication about documents. Up until the day of closing I was still getting requests for documents that were already given to you,
10 out of 10 stars!!! Sandrea, Francisco and the Pennymac team were beyond amazing. Sandrea never left my side during the process. Even staying late a couple of times just to ensure my loan was moving forward. She was always there to answer questions. She really did go above and beyond. The customer service was as if I was family and she really cared about me being taken care of. I highly recommend PennyMac, they are one of the few that actually take care of their customers.
