An excellent experience. Everything went very smoothly and Nicolas kept is informed of the process the entire time.
Make it easier to contact and submit documents. It was not easy to log in and send information.
PennyMac was clear, concise and helpful through the process. There were at times the automated systems fell behind but each time there was quick and productive intervention on the part of the staff. Everything was fast and streamlined, with a brief, well earned, pause during the holidays. And we were able to close everything up before years end without difficulty.
Horrible with communication. Took days or weeks to get call back regarding simply questions. Paperwork was not correct even the day of closing. Only Royal Cameron was a 9 out of 10. Everyone else fell very short.
I feel like it got stuck for a long time once all the documents and information were entered.

I had an awesome experience with my Refi through PennyMac. My original mortgage with PennyMac was in good standing, just wanted to take advantage of the lower rates. PennyMac was prompt and accurate through the whole process.
the whole process (refinance) was very smooth and fast, reduced my mortgage about 250 dollars a month thank you, Quintrell and Deryn, you both do your jobs very well ,5 stars each
