Outstanding Service and Professionalism from PennyMac
Easy process. Closed a little later than expected but still happy with the whole process!! Everyone we worked with answered any questions we had and stayed in contact with us on what was going on.
There were a few glitches, but they were handled well.
Edna was very helpful throughout the process, easy to get stuff done and she was on top of things!
Some parts of process were unclear.
From start to finish both Nelson and Paulette held my hand through this process, I'm very thankful. every thing were done on time as expected.
