I was not satisfied with the title fee and its clearly communicated in written that I will be getting a refund of $291 but after signing I was told it was different

There were a few companies offering me a rate to reel me in and not following through. The rate offered by pennymac was the lowest and there was no change to it. The process was easy and clearly communicated throughout.
Everything was taken care for us and it was an easy process.
There were to many emails from multiple team members which lead to confusion on our part on who was handling the loan. Calling from home on our end was a nightmare. It was impossible to contact someone directly no matter what number we called. All calls lead back to Rebecca's voice mail and we were then contacted back by Rebecca at her convenience.
She was great. Very responsive. Only issue (unrelated to her) was not informed of HUD fees until closing

From start to finish the streamline refinance of my FHA was easy. I provided the necessary documentation and they took care of everything. The team kept me updated on where the application was in the process and I closed 6 weeks from the application date.
I do not like your response, "Just OK is not enough". It is your survey response, and I think you could re-phrase your response. I have been with PennyMac for approximately five years and I've refinanced twice, excluding this current refinance. Your staff and service has been excellent up until this current refinance. Unfortunately, initially your agent was terse and disrespectful and the loan took an inordinate amount of time to close, even with the Covid-19 imposition.
