There wasn't much communication. 3 weeks went by where I didn't hear anything at all.
Jenny German was awesome!!! She was very helpful, courteous and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
The level of professionalism we received from Kyle Mctighe was outstanding. He cared about our concerns and resolved any problems that we had concerns about. He gave us updates in the process every step of the way up until the very end . He is definitely an asset to the company. A job well done!

Timely and a professional experience
The whole experience was horrible and the only excuse that PennyMac's team would relay was that "Due to these unprecedented times: - you will now enter and experience the silent abyss. There will be no updates or any information passed along to you. Wait for several months and still not have any answers - always blaming Covid. The traveling notary never called or showed up as promised! The closing costs were more than the agent said that it would be as well as the new mortgage payment. Excuses.
