The loan officer Mr. Nicholas Guerrero was plesant, polite and very much helpful when I had questions. He returned my phone calls when I left a message in a timely manner.
Jason always responded to my email inquiries within a few hours during the entire refinancing loan process. However, my experience with my loan officer wasn't that impressive. She usually didn't respond to my email inquiries and I had to reach out to Jason for the answers. Jason is a true professional!
I had a frustrating experience with a deferent company. From the beginning, Penny Mac gave the complete opposite experience. The loan officer stayed on the phone with me to give me the best competitive rate and was able to start the process that night. Within a few days I heard from Theresa, and she walked me through the process, what to expect, and an estimated time frame (which was pretty accurate). She kept in touch throughout the whole process and kept me informed. Thanks you!!
There was some confusion about closing cost credits few days before the closing. Hope it should have been resolved in time. Otherwise every thing went well.
Tonisha and Sandra was hands down the best loan officer/processors I have ever worked with. They were very responsive, kind, thorough and oftentimes answered my questions outside of their working hours. I am so happy I decided to go with PennyMac
The whole buying process in stressful and excessive. Sandra made the process less stressful so I was happy with the service. PennyMac as a whole has been good with me so that’s I chose to stick with your company, and plan on recommending you to friends and family.
I have worked with Pennymac on three different home mortgages. With each one, they have been consistent and open. I have worked with different mortgage companies over many years but Pennymac has been the best. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly all the time and are incredibly helpful and supportive. I will use them again if need be and would recommend to only obtain a mortgage through Pennymcac.
From beginning with loan rep Ivan who really explained the process of a streamline loan he answered my questions and made feel comfortable with the process. Plus he explained the mac team will be there to assist with the loan process until the loan it's approved
