Prompt and quick service.
The lack of clear communication was very frustrating. I was getting documents with no explanation unless i asked for it. All reps were nice but not all were very informative.
Nancy was great and went above and beyond on a couple issues.
Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and professional although the overall process took longer than I would have liked.

Great to do business with straight and to the point
The first loan processing agent we had did a poor job of communicating, we had emailed and told him upfront about changes to the loan app desired after the appraisal came in, and he failed to update the loan docs for almost two months. And he kept trying to get us to close on the original loan. Finally they got the loan docs updates, and we stopped getting updates from the processing agent. Once Ajanay Cummings was assigned everything went great!
