My experience was that of superior customer service.
First - There were issues with document colelction. Multiple emails . Last - I just got a call from PennyMac reminding me that my Dec Payment is due whereas i got an email saying that the new loan was funded. Both loans (Old and new) are with PennyMac and i think , before calling me , they should have known this . This was embarrassing. Questions lik e- "How are you repaying the loan ?" I dont know- the attorney came and we signed and its between pennymac .. Go figure .
Working with Nancy Olivas at PennyMac made the refinancing of our home a simple process. Nancy and all of her associates were very pleasant to deal with and Nancy very promptly answered any questions that we had. Thanks Nancy. Don C
When we were able to talk with Hilda, she was FANTASTIC. My biggest complaint is that on two separate occasions, our closing was postponed or cancelled, without any word from PennyMac. Both times, I received a call from the closing notary, who was scheduled to arrive 12 hours from the call. I find that unacceptable. However, Hilda was very quick in responding the next day, and we were able to figure out a new closing time.
