The loan officer Mr. Nicholas Guerrero was plesant, polite and very much helpful when I had questions. He returned my phone calls when I left a message in a timely manner.

Jason always responded to my email inquiries within a few hours during the entire refinancing loan process. However, my experience with my loan officer wasn't that impressive. She usually didn't respond to my email inquiries and I had to reach out to Jason for the answers. Jason is a true professional!
I had a frustrating experience with a deferent company. From the beginning, Penny Mac gave the complete opposite experience. The loan officer stayed on the phone with me to give me the best competitive rate and was able to start the process that night. Within a few days I heard from Theresa, and she walked me through the process, what to expect, and an estimated time frame (which was pretty accurate).
