The people I worked with were amazing!
Communication was overall poor. My emails went unanswered for up to 5 days, multiple requests for the same documents, and requests for documents that had no explanations. Hope I get better communication from penny mac in the future.

The process started out okay. Then, I received a document with a different loan number. I was worried about a breach in security. I understand we are in a pandemic and I was trying to be patient and kind. The first closing did not happened on time because the notary did not show. It was communicated to me that everything would be fine. I could reschedule, have the same closing costs, and everything would be good to go.
