My loan representative was very thorough, professional, friendly, and very helpful. He was always available to answer all my questions and was very punctual. The refinancing process went a lot smoother and faster than expected. Excellent service!

My experience with Penny Mac has been wonderful.
Yester was fine. I did not receive call backs from my original loan office. My loan officer was changed mid way through the process and did not communicate with me. It took way longer than it should have.
Questions answered promptly and closing was smooth
Patricia Nichols and Anna Eng were both excellent to work with. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They were very clear about rates, dates, and the documents they needed. There were no surprises, and we closed on they day we originally anticipated. Highly recommend.
Ammie Mack was very helpful, friendly, thorough and clear with her information. She was also very patient with me as I contacted her multiple times with a series of various questions. My only concern was that our first appraisal was done by someone who did not seem well qualified and produced a defective appraisal, which delayed the whole process and caused a second appraisal to have to be done.
Communication was overall poor. My emails went unanswered for up to 5 days, multiple requests for the same documents, and requests for documents that had no explanations. Hope I get better communication from penny mac in the future.
