When we were able to talk with Hilda, she was FANTASTIC. My biggest complaint is that on two separate occasions, our closing was postponed or cancelled, without any word from PennyMac. Both times, I received a call from the closing notary, who was scheduled to arrive 12 hours from the call. I find that unacceptable. However, Hilda was very quick in responding the next day, and we were able to figure out a new closing time.
I feel it is not the Macy B fault with anything, the process was long due to COVID-19 but it closed and I thank you for it.

The process from beginning to end went smoothly. The process was easy , fast , and simple. I was updated regularly on loan status and communication via email and phone messages was often until we closed. Kelsey was wonderful , had great communication skills and is great at her job! I regret to say I did not write down the initial loan officer who answered my call and got me approved, he was great also , I believe his name was Chris p. Overall we are very satisfied and highly recommend.!!
