Absolutely terrible. Asked several times to have escrow account reanalyzed after tax exemption granted by county. Only to be met by smart comments. To date the issue, is not resolved. Penny Mac should hire more professional and knowledgeable people

Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable about the loan process. When I had a question and called loan officer Dylan, even if I had to leave a voicemail. He was quick to return my call. Dylan and Liem were great to talk to.
