Communication via emails took longer than expected, the closing was also longer than expected, I started the process in July and didn't close the loan until December.
Jenny went above and beyond to get this loan accurate. She kept in touch with me consistently to keep me updated. She cares about customer experience and she provided me with excellent service. I would recommend her to friends and family

I am so pleased with everyone I had any contact with and trusted them completely. Words can not totally express my appreciation and happiness after everything was done, very grateful.
