Process was a bit stressful because closing costs kept fluctuating and we were not expecting that. Our loan officer was extremely helpful and did a great job in keeping us calm. At the end, everything turned out great and we couldn't be happier.

Super easy process from start to finish. Web site and instructions were very helpful. All representatives were prompt and polite.
Nick was great in his job. The rest of the process and lack of communication with others was horrible and very lacking. Nick did all he could. It finally all worked out in the end. I am unsure about this company now.
Cheree did a fine job, she was empathetic with me about the stupid amount of time it was taking. The issues were out of her control. Your company overall is awful in loan origination. Took 5 months to refinance a FHA loan. I feel dumb for letting them drag me on like that. The closing/underwriting team took months in the "final" steps. So I kept hanging on thinking it was close to being done. I'll be moving my two mortgages away from pennymac as soon as possible.
I had a great experience I had lots of questions. I was treated with respect and staff walked me through the entire process. I felt confident in my decision in selecting PennyMac and the MacTeam. 🙂
Make the process faster. Less documentation.
Very smooth REFI. It was a fast and smooth process from beginning to end.
I previously tried to refinance with another company prior to this and it was a nightmare. They asked me for a million things "more then once" and didn't even get to close. PennyMac made it happen and Jasymyne Rodgers was great. Always responded to my emails and calls in a timely manner.
