The PennyMac tools to post documents definitely needs improving as there is no way to see all everything posted, also the system often did not post documents the first time. The final closing person I dealt with was not very responsive to me directly, but was to my agent and this did slow things. If anything PennyMac needs to better organize the internal process to make it better for both sides and remove the 500 character limit on providing feedback here.
