Hi, Janette did a great job overall, in what was a loan process complicated by several external (eg wildfires and near evacuation) and internal factors (last minute need for subordination pw needed). Although we did have a couple of complications, Janette worked hard for us, and demonstrated excellent communication and responsiveness which was key for us.
Everything was clear and precise. They called every week to keep me informed of process and understanding.
I had a previous mortgage from Pennymac, so the document request was nominal and seamless, just updated information was requested. I appreciated the pace of my loan closing given the amount of refinancing requests due to lower interest rates. I was kept updated weekly by phone. The process went quickly after approved.
Natalie is awesome! She is a timely knowledgeable professional. We enjoyed working with with her. Rob & Laurie
Deion Smith was outstanding - he was very responsive and professional. If I called or emailed him, I would quickly get a response. Hector Centeno however was the complete opposite as I had to continuously chase him down because calls and emails would go unanswered for days. I would then have to circle back to Deion for help. Hector also supplied me with wrong closing information which forced me to change my rate. Closing took 4 months and the paperwork was still incorrect.
Michelle responds in a timely manner, very accomodating. We did close sooner as originally plan 😊
Well, it was easy all the way through! And then I brought a money order for closing and found out I was getting money back instead! So bad on the accuracy of closing costs, but great anyways cause I was getting money back!
Lauryn has been great to work with. She's meticulous and detail oriented with great customer service mind set from start to finish.
Process was easy and very stress free.
