Fast, friendly and professional.
Brianna was fantastic to work with. She was extremely helpful every step of the way. However the title company Amrock was one of the worst experiences. None of the documents were highlighted where we needed to sign which was very difficult in the midst of Covid / social distancing. If it weren’t for Brianna stepping in to work as the go between I would have been furious at the title company and given up.

My regular loan servicing has been just fine, no problems there. The refinance loan closed three weeks late, which caused a great deal of anxiety since it crossed over a payment date. The first closing agent didn't communicate with me clearly or respect my communication preferences. Third closing agent was finally good and helped, but this only got resolved when it was internally escalated to a VP-level person. Fortunately I didn't have to escalate, but overall it was a disappointing experience.
Enjoys the whole process.
We started the app on 9/4 and were told that day we'd close before 10/15. We didn't close until 11/9. A better timeframe prediction would have been better. We can wait, but tell us it'll take 60+ days. And it took weeks for us to get answers many times. But the process itself was easy, just long & sometimes took many days to get questions answered. We knew it would be a busy time for PM. Would just suggest setting realistic expectations to clients first.
Tim was very polite and corteous so I do not fault him. There were significant problems with communications between the different departments processing my application , for example, I would get emails from one department requesting documents that tim would check on and tell me that the documents were already there. My process began in september and ended in december, which felt too long.
The online access made it easy to follow the process.
