This was truly the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I would not recommend pennymac to anyone. The only bright spot was my contacts with Ben Erickson and Gary Darden who both helped get this loan finally done. I found Jacob Rodgers was very unprofessional and very hard to get a hold of, he would not return my calls for days. Refinancing a home during these times is already very stressful and not getting any communication made it even more stressful. I’m just glad it’s over.

I am very thankful they did not give up on me. This is the first time I refinanced online and not in person and I was very confused. I would have given up but Jason wouldn’t let me and was very persistent and helpful. I am a nurse and very busy working many different shifts and he would call and walk me through things. I am very grateful. Thank you Cindy Adkins

Your Penny Mac team needs to be either retrained or fired. I was given August as my loan documents completion date. Dec 10th was the actual signing date. I asked questions, but my questions were never answered or so vague that they were meaningless. I also wrote to your Penny Mac Public Relations. Whom never responded either.
