Quicker responses to emails and quicker call backs. Better communication on the process. Ensuring all documentation is accurate without having to make adjustments the day prior to closing. Initial Loan officer and Final Closing agent did however provide great customer service.

She sounded like a robot reading off a scrip anytime we asked a question. She never answered our questions, just kept repeating herself.

You are and continue to be an unorganized company. Even in previous times one person says one thing and another says something completely different. I asked in the beginning what would my out of pocket costs be for closing probably $0 was the answer I received. The docs said something like $5000. Spoke with Edna she said it would be $974. And the day of signing I get a call saying it went up again. Had to get off the phone with her and call my wife to update the amount on the check.
