All three of the guys i worked with explained the process and expectations very well
We are retired and on a fixed income so the rate we were able to get made us very happy with the refy process.
The process was great except for having to reschedule the closing at our home. There was some trouble getting a notary. However, the one we wound up with was wonderful (Colleen)!
Overall the process worked well. There was a some unnecessary back and forth for documentation that wasn't actually needed, but once that was squared away, everything went fine. Jericha was very helpful and managed my concerns throughout the process well.
