poor communication subpar service
The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient. I can highly recommend the Penny MacTeam.
Every aspect of process and communication was great.
She was very helpful
The process took 90 days to close. Many weeks went by without any communication. I would always initiate calls and leave voicemails. Was told around day 75 that she does not listen to them. Never got an accurate update on my loan process. Closing documents did not match final documents, and were wrong many times. The process was the worst I’ve ever experienced and will never work with PennyMac in the future for refinancing.
