Nancy was not going to get loan processed but closing date of November 13. Jack stepped in on November 12 to try to make closing. Underwriter for our loan quit on Thursday. We didn't close on the 13th. On Monday afternoon we found out that we were missing signed documents from relocation company. We were able to get them signed but still couldn't close until Tuesday November 17. The moving company was sitting in front of our new home but couldn't unload. It was very stressful.
The entire team that was assigned to my loan was outstanding!!!! I interacted with Elizabeth the most and she was phenomenal ! The customer that i received was superb and made this refinance experience quite pleasant!!! .
Overall our experience with the Penny Mac team was great! Nearly all of our questions were answered within a day or two. The only questions we did have we unfortunately didn’t have time to ask. I would recommend Penny Mac!
Great communication from the loan officers and timely responses.
Everyone I worked with, from the loan officer to the processor was awesome. Very knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and courteous.
Jericha was amazing to work with she went above and beyond in my opinion when the title company was having some issues and did what she could to help solve the problems. Definitely made the experience much better. I would highly recommend doing business with her again if I need another mortgage loan in the future.

The customer service from both reps was amazing. We closed before the new year and it dropped our payment by quit a bit. Sirena was a delight.
