The staff at PennyMac was very helpfuland made everything so easy every step of the way. Each person that I dealt with explained all of the details and made sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend PennyMac to anyone wanting to buy or refinance a home.

Very easy from start to finish
I had 2 failed closings because PennyMac failed to communicate. They also lost my information for a time, provided incorrect closing documents multiple times, rarely returned my calls, and never walked me through ANY documentation or timeline for the process. I am thoroughly unimpressed and dismayed that a financial institution this large managed to handle a refinance so poorly. I’ve tried escalating to Edward Vansciver multiple times with ZERO returned calls or voice mails. Never again.

Lack of communication from Mona made the experience unpleasant. I expressed my disappointment through several emails and voicemails and was given the run around for the last 3 months after I was supposed to close. I know for a fact my documents were not submitted on time because I had to resend everything at the end because they had expired. I had so many emails and VM that went days to sometimes over a week that went unanswered. She was not thorough or efficient
