The process was quick and accurate. The representative (Malek) that took our application was friendly and informative, he answered our questions and worked with us through the signatures of the initial disclosures. The funding representative (Amie) called once a week to explain where the process was at. However, if I had a question it seemed to bother her as I heard her sigh every time. She called at a bad time and seemed annoyed that I couldn't talk and quickly reminded me to sign disclosures.

Took over 90 days for the refinance, no real reasons provided why it took so long, repeatedly asked for the same documents.
Due to accurate information and professional staff
The Loan Amount was incorrect on the Loan Disclosure Document. It would have been nice to get agreement that it was incorrect and a commitment to try and correct it. Instead what we were told was that we would get back $300 at closing, then we were told we'd get nothing at closing. When the Notary Public came out, she said we owed $102. We wrote her a check with no questions because it was not her problem. She was following the script. We got a check yesterday refunding the $102 to us.
