The automated email format was not user friendly. It had come documents waiting for signature that were not required for my loan. In addition, I received an e-mail saying my loan would be disapproved for lack of documentation, when what was being asked for was not required. While this was resolved, and I believe this was not Xavier’s fault, it did create unnecessary stress during the process.
My experience with Bridget Manassarian was exceptional. It was a breeze and highly recommend PennyMac to anyone looking to refinance. Bridget called every week to update me on the loan. I never felt like I was on pins and needles knowing I was in good hands. I can say undoubtedly your expectations will be exceeded using PennyMac, Bridget, and all the fine staff they employ. 5 STARS HANDS DOWN!
Jamie returned phone messages or emails promptly and was very helpful whenever we had questions. He treated our concerns respectfully and was very friendly and conscientious.

Communication was not regular. I often had to check on the status, but I recognize how busy you are.
For such a simple refi I don't feel that this process should have taken as long as it did. Also, several documents were sent that were redundant and on several occasions.
