Short and sweet
Only area of concern was the calc of my escrow and title co. A lot of back and forth on numbers. For awhile I was saving roughly $700 then that all changed due to an error. Amount lowered to $400.. Still a savings but emotionally draining. Title co needs to work better w penny mac..
Truly the only reason I can say my entire experience overall was "GREAT" was because of my Account Representative My'Esha Allen. It is without a doubt her input, patience, time, energy, experience, character, and personality that helped me maintain my patience throughout one of the most arduous and challenging processes I have honestly ever been through financially.
Loan officer was very clear and understanding with all my questions and concerns as I went through my refinance process.
