Had a bad experience with Jenny German and her supervisor Lewis Manley. (1) The loan was scheduled to close on NOV 17th. On November 16th I checked with settlement agent to confirm the appointment and found out that PennyMac had not informed them. Then I tried to contact Jenny and Lewis and they never got back to me. We took a day off for the closing and it was a waste. (2) My CD was revised before closing and I kept asking Jenny for a copy of it but did not receive.

We understand that you can be impacted by the amount of request that come in. But from when we started the process with our loan officer, to the very end, there was little communication. We felt it was very cumbersome to have to speak to so many folks and after attempting to reach folks by phone or email, just took way to long to get a response to questions. So much more to go over but not enough area to type. The process just needs to be looked at and controlled better.

My experience with Penny Mac and the loan agents were phenomenal! A+ My closing was done earlier than expected which was great for us! They really exceeded our expectations. Thank you Penny Mac!

The refinancing experience was excellent because of Sirrena. She was very professional and kept constant communication with us through the whole process.
