Our family had three refinancings taking place at about the same time with 3 different lenders. PennyMac's service and communication was the best by far compared to the other 2 lenders.
Sandra was great! The only thing I wish was different throughout the entire process is that I wish I had Sandra from the start. I was handed off to 3 or 4 different loan processors and it got frustrating to explain our unique situation multiple times, but I'm glad that Sandra worked with us to get everything closed out. Great job Sandra!

I have already said all I am going to say. Unpleasant is an understatement.
Loan not closing on time was an issue.
Richard was excellent, however getting information from PennyMac in general takes forever and several phone calls to get the person one needs to talk to. Too many questions to have to answer to just be able to talk to someone.
Dennis had my loan all jacked up and scheduled closing without sending me final documents although I requested them. At close I refused to sign. After getting managers involved my loan was fixed and was able to close.
