Everyone Was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Gina Merritt is the reason for my great experience throughout the refinancing process. It took longer than expected and Gina communicated with me every step of the way. She was always patient,, answered my questions, and willing to find an answer for the ones she couldn’t readily respond to. Gina worked what seemed to be around the clock, sometimes I would hear from her early in the morning, sometimes late at night (there is a time difference, and my schedule to be considered).

All went smoothly, except my property tax payment. The Title Company didn't pick it up at 1st. Brandon kept on top of it with the title company and finally got everything nailed down. Greart job on Brandon's part.
Nick was great from the beginning. No stone was left unturned with Mr. Mayer. The entire process was smooth and done in a timely manner. Thanks Nick!
Brandon stepped in and worked hard to clear up some issues that I was having trouble with Bank of America. He was extremely helpful and make me feel supported in the approval process. Thank you Brandon.
After signing the documents I have emailed the loan officer twice to get copies of the signed documents. Absolutely zero communication back which is very disappointing. I want copies of the documents that I signed sent to me in the mail.

Of course in the process of a refinance questions arise...I was able to communicate directly and get clear answers to alleviate any fears of going forward. Refreshing!
