Our experience with PennyMac was great! All of the PennyMac staff we worked with were courteous and professional and I could not have expected any less. This was our second time refinancing with PennyMac. The whole process was smooth and quick. It was a pleasure doing business with PennyMac.

Very organized!
My wife and I had already started a VA refinance with another company, one which advertises nationally on television. After we discovered that this company had withheld critical rate availability information from us, we contacted PennyMac. Our transaction with PennyMac was fast, friendly and professional, and we got the VA rate we were looking for. We have told family and friends about this transaction, and will not hesitate to recommend PennyMac to all of my fellow Veterans.
Michelle was available for me at all times. Very professional and helpful.
The whole process was a nightmare , we started with one loan officer and we didnt hear anything for day or weeks , my wife and I kept calling nobody called back, finally somebody called back just let us know that out loan office quit his job and the new loan officer was the same, they never returned calls ir email, till this day my wife called asking him about what to do the house insurance and no call back yet, their customer service skills are horrible, I will never ever refinance with you!!!
