Timothy Woods did a great job & had to intervene when Andrew Mortensen was not doing his job. I made multiple calls to Andrew to follow-up thru process. HE did NOT send me the loan estimate disclosures-Timothy had to.My loan docs were incorrect-set for impound when this was not the original request that I signed up; delayed the process where I took a day off of work & heard from Notary 5 min prior to my appt that she did not get docs.Made multiple calls to supervisor to fix.
The refinancing of our home was so simple! and easy! We have never refinanced a home before and were a little worried it would be complicated and time-consuming but it was neither. We were able to receive a quick response anytime we had a question and having someone come to our home to do the closing paperwork was fantastic.
We were surprised and frustrated with how long the process took. We did appreciate the weekly status update phone calls. Also the final closing statement at the time of signing was not the same as that was sent to us prior to closing. It was our understanding that we were not going to need to pay anything out of pocket at closing but we ended up having to write a check. It ended up working out but there were definite moments of frustration and areas that needed better communication.
The process was quick and efficient.
