The original call with Travis was amazing and he was extremely helpful. Once Mario was assigned for the process it was easy going.
The only thing confusing to me was that different people were contacting me, and at one point I even wondered if I should be talking to that person.. Maybe 6 different people contacted me. Suggestions that I would make are: 1. List the people up front who will be communicating with me. 2. With veryone using cell phones out of the office, caller ID doesn’t identify the person calling as PennyMac. I’m sure I ignored a couple calls because I thought they were political calls. Out of my area code.

This was the first time I'd refinanced my home & honestly didn't know what to expect. From the initial email I received from Blen all communications were timely & accurate. Whenever I had a question I emailed the M.A.C. team & within 1 business, I would receive reply or call. I felt the service provided was outstanding. I am in a better financial position & able to navigate these difficult time much easier. Thanks for a really totally awesome experience. Stay safe, Ken
My experience with PennyMac was awful. Jason Staples is negligent, poor communicator, & blatantly lied multiple times. When this was brought up to his supervisors, I received no phone call or apology what so ever. Unfortunately, this comment box only allows 500 words otherwise I'd provide detailed examples of this utter disappointment and failure on PennyMac's customer relations. I will never recommend PennyMac's services nor will I ever give this dereliction of a company my business again.
