I had the simplest and most accurate refinance with PennyMac ( XAVIER) was great he sent weekly information by email and he also called when needed. The process at in home Garage with ( Martin) was also a wonderful process he was very helpful in finalizing my new loan. Thanks for the wonderful and stress free process.Â
Loan process was easy but only an email to saw loan closed no call and insurance is saying no paymentÂ
Sandra was outstanding to work with! She clearly communicated throughout the entire process and made our home buying experience great! As someone who works in banking I know that home buying can be a challenge for some people but Sandra made the experience so easy the entire time. If I could hire her to work for the bank I work at I would do so in a heart beat!Â
