They were clear about the material they wanted from us and did what they promised
The county name was spelled wrong on the closing documents. It was nice to have the notary come to the house; however, some documents were a bit confusing and he couldn't offer any information or real explanation (not his role). It would have been nice if we could have Zoomed or Google Met in a Penny Mac rep to answer those questions.

The communication and the difficulty in contacting you was terrible. Almost impossible to call and talk with a "Live Body". Too many calls were not answered timely. The entire process went on far longer than anticipated. Our Rep (Lauren Aslin) who we was assigned to us, did not get the accuracy from other Departments regarding questions and process, so it is not entirely her fault. I would recommend that your Company quit using Covid 19 as an excuse to give poor service. We expected better.

Good service except poor closing
Danyell was amazing. We had a little issue with some documents and she did great to convey information to me to get everything fixed and back on track with as little problems as possible.
