Closing costs were higher than what other people I know paid to refinance. The service provided was great.
Nobody, and I mean nobody, informed me during the process at any point that I was solely responsible for deactivating my automatic payment. This gross neglect of information has caused me to go without just over a thousand dollars for a week now, and still counting. Not a single person even hinted at the idea or asked me a simple question regarding this feature that has been active on my account for months. During these strange and difficult days in our country your company has failed me.

I spoke with several lenders to refi our home. Most wanted to spend as little time as possible with me and seemed to hope that I understood how a refi worked rather than explain how it worked. I know its a busy time in the refi world, but I could actually feel the stress and rush from a lot of lenders. I did not get that impression at all working with Nancy. My loan seemed as important to her as it did me and I appreciated the passive way she went about her business.
Anna my loan officer helped me out tremendously, it was a smooth experience with small hiccups but would overall recommend again
The COVID-19 going on slowled the process down, due to no one’s fault. Every one did whatever they could do.
Jenny was right on top of all me needs and was so encouraging the whole way from Start to Finish! She called and emailed every week with the process and progress with our re-financing.
Lack of communication and missed sla's lack of documentation requirement knowledge or communication with underwriting ineffective blame on COVID due to processing time frames however no one seemed to know what was actually needed documents requested were never actually needed or utilized. Very ineffective and inefficient process. Max was pleasant
