Before asking for documents you requested, check to see if received them first. Many documents were not reviewed when sent and we were scrambling at close once they were. I worked way too hard to pay somebody else. Real estate agent said she had never seen anything like it. Lastly, learn the difference in customer service and customer satisfaction. Big difference.

Tyra our loan officer was great however the original loan officer who took our application was an answer to answer questions in regards to interest rates that I had as they dropped lower and it was frustrating that he was round about answering questions and not answering them directly as I wished

Penny Mac is awesome! and our loan people worked to make it easy and less stressful for us going through the process!! Thanku Rosario Lopez for all ur hard work and for being there for us every time we had a question! Thanku also to James!! Not one time was any person rude or short with us! Amazing Friendly attitudes and support!!!

The process was going well until it got closer to the end. Nicole was generally unprofessional and rude in her communications. She did not handle the closing process well by asking us to sign a document at the last minute and then blaming us for a delay instead of apologizing.

Documents were requested again well after I had loaded them on the Portal. For an in-house Re-fi I thought the process took too long and the underwriters were asking for documents that were irrelevant.

I had been working with our original lender for 3 months, when I contacted PMac. PMac gave me a better rate and lower payments within a few days, and told me we could close within a month. We decided to go with PMac the day our original lender called to tell us our closing was the very next day (no notice). We terminated our dealings with them and continued our relationship with PMac. Closing was on time, and we were kept updated throughout. Thanks PMac. (Cesar Fierro)
