Everything went great in a timely manner and I always felt informed throughout the entire process.

The entire team at Pennymac, especially Paulette and Will, were extremely professional and helpful. They both made the entire refinancing process very straightforward and easy to understand.
Ammie was great! That said, the overall process took way too long (July - October) given we're existing PennyMac customers, didn't need an appraisal, and had to submit very minimal paperwork to complete the application. Our friends started the same process around the same time, with different lenders, and they closed way before we did. Additionally, we ran into issues with the closing being rescheduled multiple times and poor communication from the company hired to supply the notary.

The real problem was with ServiceLink as the title company. They could not get the title documents correct -- TWICE. They continued to ask for information that I had given them nearly two weeks prior. ServiceLink changed the signing date twice and then attempted to do it a third time.
I was pleased with the knowledge of the agent who helped me. He was courteous and polite, I did not feel pushed or rushed into making a decision. I would definitely recommend your organizations to friends and family.
