Great experience and thank you so much! The process was very smooth and clear.
My experience re-financing my home with PennyMac was a breeze! We were current borrowers from PennyMac and they made the process and closing so easy. They were prompt with communication about anything we needed to do. My agent, Ceista Johnson, called regularly to inform me of updates regarding my application. She was very helpful and would even call just to let us know everything was going smooth even if no information was needed on my part. She was fantastic to work with! Thank you!
Let's see, where to start. Firstly, Heather was great. She was super nice and responsive. However, I had about 6 different people who touched my loan and she was the only "good" one. There were so many problems with my loan I don't even have room here to go over it all here.
Seems like the loan officer and the "team" were out of sync a few times.
Janette did an excellent job helping me navigate through the closing process. My closing date was delayed to no fault of hers. She is kind, respectful and gave me excellent customer service. I am very grateful for all she did. Thank you Janette.
