Answer all my questions with in hours Great team to work with and would use them again. They even stayed on phone line to walk me through the forms to make sure I completed them correctly.
The entire process from beginning to the end was short and unbureaucratic.. All involved were communicative, supportive and accessible. The process was short.
We were able to refinance our home loan with our existing lender of PennyMac using the VA Streamline Refiance Loan. Everyone in our refinance process was very knowledgeable, and they made the process very simple. Christian Silva and Andrew Mortenson were both so much help. We are very grateful for the experience they brought to the table.
I want to make it clear that this review is for the overall experience with PennyMac, not Brianna Koke specifically. Brianna Koke was always nice and apologetic and seemed to be doing the best she could and I do not know where all the miscommunication and disorganization was coming from. Our closing was late, then paperwork was missing lines and needed to be resigned and no one seemed to be communicating about what was needed and who was taking care of it and when. It was very frustrating.
Hilda, never returns calls or emails. You get a crap form email. Blah blah due to Covid, we are working from home. I don’t care, so is most of the rest of the U.S. Her supervisor did call me back. Hilda never answered at least 4-5 phone calls and numerous emails. Then worst of all, she never accepted the problem, instantly came up with excuse. Worst thing you could ever do.
With all the challenges of 2020, it was wonderful to have the refi process go so smoothly and without stress. DocuSign makes signings so easy I couldn’t believe and our meeting with the notary went just as efficiently. I’m so pleased. Nothing but good feedback here. Thanks again Mac Team!
