Everything went well had only one small problem with the taxes for my loan, but that was fixed by the next day.

I had two refinance loans processing with you. one is complete. I tried to get someone on the phone during closing about a couple of questions but they never called me back. still to this day. I have a 2nd loan I that seems to just have died. I paid for the appraisal and would like a full refund on that since I have been completely ignored in my attempts to speak with anyone and move this forward.

I was asked to switch the benefactor of my insurance policy 30 days prior to the loan closing. I asked about this and no one got back to me, but I did not do this. I asked for an ETA for closing several times and did not get a response. On the day of the scheduled close, I took the day off from work and waited for the Notary to arrive. They did not show, so I called the Notary who told me my close had been CANCELLED. She did not know why. No one ever called to tell me this in advance.
