Seamless process!
All of the reps of PennyMac were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Robbie made sure to follow up regarding the process to ensure that we were not forgotten. This was a great experience.
Timely communication,simple process!
The communication was difficult. Responses to email was sporadic and calling was unclear to maneuver through menus to get to a person. My loan started in July and didn't close until the end of October. I was never really given a good reason why it was taking so long. Should have had more regular communications.

It was great to work with Pennymac. Timeline initially proposed was fairly accurate, and when problems arose they were addressed quickly.
I am still waiting on some corrected documents from closing. The process was relatively straight forward but dealt with a number of different individuals and would have been beneficial to understand that from the beginning.
I had heard that refinancing can be a drag and nearly did not do it. I was pleasantly surprised because Mitch and Jacob were absolutely exceptional! Jacob took me through the most part of the process and he was incredibly patient, responsive (always called me back the same day I would leave him a voice message!!) and answered all my questions. All in all it was a great experience and if I buy another home at some point, I am absolutely choosing PennyMac!
