Suzanne was awesome!! Every time we spoke she followed up with an email recap which allowed me to gather the documents needed and close within the anticipated timeframe. She is an asset to Penny Mac!!! Thank you.
Tyra did a fantastic job with what she was given. She was the only reason we stuck with PennyMac. The underwriting process took way to long and we were ready to walk at one point. It was taking so long we were in talks with Quicken Loans. Tyra gets all the credit for us staying.
It went smoothly. Peter was always ready to answer any question that I had. I would recommend Peter to anyone.
We were pleased overall with how quickly the process went. However, there were miscommunications, errors, and some of the required papers at signing were invasive and Beyond reasonable. Especially the last form that required us to sign that PennyMac could share our tax return information with its partners.

Everything went smooth. You did ask for the same documents a couple times, that got frustrating but after talking to you it was resolved

The process took longer than expected but I'm satisfied with the successful loan outcome. The staff were very nice and patient with my questions. PennyMac has been a good company to do business with. I'm happy to continue my business relationship with them.
