We had problems at every turn, but there are a couple of things that really frustrated my husband and me. Firstly, we would get requests for documents and I would send them. Then I would receive email after email asking for the document I’d already produced. Finally, we are in EST and I would get phone calls way too late in the evening. She would call 3-4 times in a row which is so incredibly rude.

It was a great and excellent experience working with pennymac they did there best to give me the best rate they could and I’m very happy with the outcome saving alot of money very thankful

I just want to say Brianna Koke saved this because I was ready to pull the plug and go somewhere else. I appreciate and can sympathize with how busy it gets as I live that life too and totally get it. Communication was bad before Brianna. This refi took 4 months to materialize. I flat out laid out my expectations and my concerns with pushing past 45 days which unfortunately It did. Luckily Brianna and her communication were a welcomed change. Thank you Brianna!

The closing was ahead of schedule, all my questions were answered and explained in a timely manner.
