The loan closed, but funding took 3 weeks. Email and calls were made more than once within the time and no one would call back. Very poor customer service on all levels.

It was a good experience and will be better with quick turn time. authorized third party should instantly carryover at initial boarding of loan. This will definitely be an excellent service if this can be done on future loans.
The communication wasn't great during closing process. I shopped for a settlement agent but that wasn't reflected in the closing, which ended up being delayed by several weeks. No matter how hard I tried to have it fixed, things kept getting misunderstood by the team.
