We had problems at every turn, but there are a couple of things that really frustrated my husband and me. Firstly, we would get requests for documents and I would send them. Then I would receive email after email asking for the document I’d already produced. Finally, we are in EST and I would get phone calls way too late in the evening. She would call 3-4 times in a row which is so incredibly rude.

It was a great and excellent experience working with pennymac they did there best to give me the best rate they could and I’m very happy with the outcome saving alot of money very thankful
Straight forward and easy process.
The closing was ahead of schedule, all my questions were answered and explained in a timely manner.
The loan officer Gina outstanding and the process was fast.
It was a great experience overall!
Barbara was very pleasant to work with she was excellent. The only problem we had is with the title company getting a notary on a set time and or even showing up to the appointment. Several times the appointment was canceled. Extending the closing time.
Excellent originator, processor and closer. Closing time exceeded my expectations. More paperwork than expected but not an issue. Definitely consider PENNYMAC when refinancing. WWW
