They worked around my work schedule, sent reminders, and effectively communicated what was needed from me. Thanks to them, the process was smooth and almost effortless. The communication and the difficulty in contacting you was terrible. Almost impossible to call and talk with a "Live Body". Too many calls were not answered timely. The entire process went on far longer than anticipated. Our Rep (Lauren Aslin) who we was assigned to us, did not get the accuracy from other Departments regarding questions and process, so it is not entirely her fault. I would recommend that your Company quit using Covid 19 as an excuse to give poor service. We expected better.

Danyell was amazing. We had a little issue with some documents and she did great to convey information to me to get everything fixed and back on track with as little problems as possible.
