Quick and easy
We had a great experience with PennyMac. They where always there when I needed a question answered. Every process of the loan went well. There was a small hold up on closing day, but we were still able to close the same day. Everyone I spoke with along the way had great customer service and was more than happy to help!
Mr. Hagan is a vital asset for Penney Mac, his customer service skills are demonstrated with his professionalism. Communication is a very important part of customer service and most important patience ,both of Mr. Hagan's traits.
