Great working with them
Pennymac and Regina were great to work with! Highly recommended. Unfortunately the appraisal people took 6 weeks to get the appraisal done when we were told 2-3 weeks when they were at the house. Obviously issues do arise but that was my only complaint throughtout the process
Our refi experience with PennyMac was truly awesome. Everything they said would happen, did. The time-frame they gave us, was accurate. We initially had called regarding another type of refi and based on the expert advice we were furnished with, our refi was better and we are saving over $400/month. Thank you!

Not taking 5.5 months for a no doc refi to close
This refinance was easier than the first refinance. Everything was explained accordingly and I felt as if I never had to lift a finger.
I had to submit multiple documents, over and over, on numerous occasions. It should not have taken 5-6 months from the time I started calling about refinancing to our closing.
