Our loan was processed within 2 weeks. Kimberly and the gentleman that worked with us are excellent. Quick, efficient, kind and caring customer service. Thank you Penny Mac for the quick service and excellent employees.
There are some gaps of communication some times in which there is a feeling that I didn't know if the process was advancing. At the end there were some discrepancies in the estimation that I did not fight because did not wanted to delay nay further.
Process was handled very well.
It was a good experience.
I would have like a little more communication on the closing, I didn't know I'd need a witness to be present at closing. I also didn't know if check was going to be allowed. I left a voicemail last week and tried calling a couple times to check in on my old loan balance being paid off as I was receiving late payment notifications to check status and never heard back.
Everyone was great and so was my interest rate. I would highly recommend Penny Mac to anyone refinancing or buying a house.
Loan processor, Barbra Bellamy, was very helpful. Phillip Sandstrom, my loan specialist was MIA the whole time. This couldn’t have been a good experience for me due to the fact it closed in the midst of my home being a total loss to fire. My overall experience could have been rated better if I wasn’t so already stressed and down and out. Thank you. I am happy with my new interest rate and monthly payments.
