It was comfortable doing business with a company we knew and trusted with our home mortgage.
Closing cash to close amount was incorrect and both Carmelita and her direct manager, Louis, failed to communicate the correct amount of closing that needed to be completed for the notary meeting. Lack of communication was very poor.

Max was always thorough and communicative. He was always available to answer all my questions ! He is amazing!
We were able to Get a great rate for our refinance. The PennyMac team was very responsive to our questions during the process. We were able to submit everything virtually and let their team take care of the rest. They even set up a lawyer to meet us at our house for closing, which made it easy to schedule.
Raveena was amazing through the whole process, if it wasn't for her I would have stopped my loan application as the entire process was terrible with the exception of Raveena. She was timely, responsive and professional. The loan didn't close quickly because of an archaic process with way to many hands in the pot and not enough note taking in other departments. Again Raveena saved this loan and me as a customer because of her grit, professionalism, and knowledge of the process.

I feel like the process took a long time with out any check in or advice on how long it would take.
